Jude Bellingham was a top target for Manchester City and Liverpool but with the midfielder reportedly on his way to Real Madrid, both clubs are seeking alternatives.
Manchester City will reportedly move for Liverpool's top target Ryan Gravenberch as Pep Guardiola looks to find an alternative after missing out on Jude Bellingham.
City to battle Liverpool for Gravenberch
City boss Pep Guardiola wants to strengthen his options this summer and with Bellingham now poised to move to Spain and Ilkay Gundogan's contract set to expire this summer, a new midfielder is paramount.
According to Mirror Football, Gravenberch is on City's list of potential signings, although they will face competition from Liverpool if they do press ahead with a bid to land him.
Gravenberch is highly rated despite enduring a difficult season in Munich following his switch from Ajax last summer.
