Liverpool are reportedly considering a move for Brighton midfielder Moises Caicedo despite the 21-year-old being Chelsea's priority target.
Liverpool and Jurgen Klopp planned a midfield rebuild this summer and have recruited Alexis Mac Allister & Dominik Szoboszlai for a combined £95m.
Liverpool in for Caicedo
According to 90min, the Reds still have plans to add a third midfielder but that need has become even more pressing as both Fabinho and Jordan Henderson are considering moves to Saudi Arabia.
Chelsea, meanwhile, are trying to close a deal with Brighton for Moises Caicedo but are still some away from reaching the Seagulls' asking price.
Brighton want £100m for Caicedo, a price set based upon the Declan Rice fee, in a potential move from West Ham to Arsenal.
