LaLiga giant Real Madrid and Luka Modric have agreed to renew their commitments to each other.
Spanish giant Real Madrid have confirmed that legendary midfielder Luka Modric will remain at the club.
Pulse Sports Nigeria can report that Modric has extended his time at the club after putting pen to paper on a new deal, the club has revealed.
According to Real Madrid, the Croatia superstar has penned a one-year extension that will see him remain at the Santiago Bernabeu until the summer of 2024.
“Real Madrid C. F. and Luka Modrić have agreed to extend the player's contract, which is linked to the club until June 30, 2024,” the club stated in a statement on its website.
Modric's brief at Real Madrid
After committing his immediate future to Los Blancos, Modric is set to enter his 12th season with Real in Spain.
He arrived the Bernabeu in the summer of 2012 from Premier League side, Tottenham Hotspurs.
The talented midfielder has gone on to have a successful time with Los Blancos, raking in 488 appearances across all competitions.
Modric has also won 23 titles at the club, five Champions League, five Club World Cups, four European Super Cups, three Leagues, two King's Cups and four Spanish Super Cups.

Following the announcement of his new deal and decision to stay at the club for a further year. The 37-year-old is clearly happy with himself.
Modric has reacted to the new development, taking to his social media account to react with a lovely message.
“Home sweet home,” he posted on his official Twitter page.
