Man United fans to protest against Greenwood's first team return
A demonstration against Mason Greenwood's reintegration into the first team is reportedly being planned by some Manchester United fans before their first game of the season.
“We've asked as many people as we can about what happened and try to understand it beyond the original investigation done by the police.
“You'd expect us to engage with people who were relevant in terms of stakeholder groups.
“And now we just need to make the decision. That decision is firmly a decision that's on us.”
Despite the fact that the new season began last weekend, Manchester United is yet to formally announce their choice of the forward's participation.
The Red Devils have finally taken a step toward bringing Greenwood back, as Mail Sport revealed last week, after receiving final clearance from their women's squad, club sponsors, and fan organisations.
The team members feel that Greenwood deserves a second shot at Old Trafford and would welcome his return.
