Peter Crouch compares Erik Ten Hag to Sir Alex Ferguson for his man management
Peter Crouch has noticed similarities between Erik ten Hag's handling of player concerns at Manchester United and Sir Alex Ferguson's man-management.
“The right-back came on as an 85th-minute substitute, having started the game on the bench after battling illness during the week.
“Further assessment will be needed to determine how long Wan-Bissaka will be out for, but initial indications suggest it will be several weeks.”
In the first few weeks of the new season, United has struggled with injuries, especially in the defence with Wan-Bissaka, Luke Shaw, Raphael Varane, Lisandro Martinez, and Tyrell Malacia all injured.
New signings Mason Mount, Rasmus Hojlund, and Sofyan Amrabat have occasionally been absent and Victor Lindelof was forced to leave the game against Arsenal due to illness.
Mount participated in the first two games against Wolves and Tottenham but was absent from the subsequent three games.
