Tammy Abraham could be on his way back to the Premier League this summer after a successful two-year spell in Italy with AS Roma.
During his time with Jose Mourinho's side, Abraham has scored 36 goals in 100 appearances and played a key role in winning the cub's first European trophy since 1961.
