Former Manchester United defender Patrice Evra clashed with members of the Manchester City backroom staff after the club's 4-0 victory over Real Madrid.
Patrice Evra was present at the Etihad on Wednesday night, working as a television pundit for Manchester City's 4-0 victory over Real Madrid.
Evra clashes with Manchester City staff
Evra, who was clad in a red suit, perhaps signifying his allegiance to the red side of Manchester, was involved in an altercation with the Man City staff at full time and had to be calmed down by Pep Guardiola's assistant Manel Estiarte.
Evra later explained the situation to CBS Sports:
"He was looking at me, he was like 'This is for you!' So I came close and asked him why he was so agitated and he said 'Because last year you said on TV that they [City] s*** themselves, that's why they lose', and this year they didn't s*** themselves.
"That's the truth Micah [Richards]! You know I'm an honest man I'm straight and after he apologised."
