Dortmund secured the UEFA Champions League quarter-final spot after defeating PSV on aggregate.
The first leg which was played at the Philips Stadion the home ground of PSV ended in a 1-1 draw with Dortmund taking an advantage to Germany.
They were able to ease past PSV in Germany with a comfortable 2-0 victory eliminating the Dutch giants in the Round of 16.

Borussia Dortmund fielded a strong team with Jadon Sancho, on loan from Manchester United, starting his first Champions League home game for Dortmund since December 2020.
PSV manager Peter Bosz on the other hand started midfielder Joey Veerman who passed a late fitness test. Former Crystal Palace defender Patrick van Aanholt is on the bench for the Dutch side.
Dortmund started the game brightly and made sure that they were not giving PSV any chance to play.

The second half started and PSV picked up their rhythm and tried to get themselves back into the game.
