Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea made 16 clean sheets for the 2022/23 campaign when they beat Wolves on Saturday at Old Trafford.

In making the shutout, the Spaniard scooped his second golden glove in the English top flight after his first in the 2017/18 campaign when he made 18 clean sheets.

He won his first golden glove award in the 2019/20 season (16), and from then, he has won this again in the 2020/21 (19) and 2021/22 (20) seasons as well.

Joe Hart (Manchester City) - 4

Manchester City legend Joe Hart is considered one of the best goalkeepers in the premier league and in English football history.

Alongside Petr Cech, Joe Hart is the only goalkeeper to have won the golden glove award four times.

He won his first golden glove in 2010/11 (18), helping City qualify for the Champions League for the first time in the Premier League era.

He followed up by winning two consecutive awards in 2011/12 (17), 2012/13 (18) and the 2014/15 season where he had 14.

Petr Cech (Chelsea/Arsenal) – 4

Cech joined Chelsea in 2004 and spent 11 seasons as the Blues’ first-choice goalkeeper before joining Arsenal.
