Congolese-born forward Cesar Manzoki opened his account for the current season for his Chinese outfit Dalian Pro.

The former Vipers SC laser-sharp marksman netted in the 10th minute as his side lost a Chinese Super League game, 2-1 against Shenzen on Saturday.

The star, who represents Central African Republic at the national team, was set through by Germany striker Streli Mamba, to strike past goalkeeper Minzhe Wei.

Manzoki has featured just five times in the league this season, with just two starts to his name; totalling up just 191 minutes, an average of 38 minutes.

The goal took his overall league tally to three in 15 games, ever since he joined the Chinese top-tier, late in August 2022.

With the Venoms in Uganda, he left after scoring 25 league goals in 51 appearances over two campaigns, scooping the golden boot in his final season at Kitende.

Meanwhile, Dalian Pro lies 12th on 16-team table in the Chinese Super League, garnering just six points in seven matches.
