Joseph Akandwanaho becomes Wasswa Bbosa's first signing at Mbarara City in this transfer.
Mbarara City has bolstered their squad with Express FC forward, Akandwanaho, from Express.
The newly-promoted StarTimes Uganda Premier League side recently acquired the services of Wasswa Bbosa as the head coach for one season.
It was highly expected that Bbosa would continue with his tradition of moving with a number of players who have previously played under him.

Meanwhile strong reports indicate Mbowa will sign a two-year employment contract with the Western region outfit in the coming days.
"Welcome to Mbarara City, Akandanwanaho Joseph," the club announced, revealing that the player had "penned a two year contract with the Ankole Lions"
Akandwanaho joined Express after a sterling tenure at Bright Stars.
He returns to Kakyeka Stadium after previously playing for Nyamityobora.
