NBA legend Lebron James was one of the stars who watched the much-anticipated Lionel Messi debut for MLS side Inter Miami.
Messi joined Inter as s free agent after his contract at Ligue 1 giant Paris Saint-Germaine, PSG, expired in the summer.

The Argentine legend came off the bench to score a stunning free kick as Inter Miami defeated Cruz Azul 2-1 in the League Cup.

A number of superstars in the sports and entertainment industries were at the venue to witness the historic moment.

The LA Lakers superstar was spotted with the Inter World winner even before kick off as they embraced each other.

Lebron James is no stranger to football as he is a regular fan and a famous celebrity Liverpool supporter as well.
James made it to the venue in the company of his eldest son, Bonny James, per Daily Mail.
2. Kim Kardashian
Reality TV darling Kim of the famous Kardashian family was another celebrity spot at the Messi show.

Kim has been making in-roads into sports recently and was earlier spotted with Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka as reported by Pulse Sports Nigeria.
The Reality TV star made it to the show in the company of her son, Saint.

She was spotted dazed in a video after Messi’s impressive winner alongside other stars who attended the game.
‘'All summer, we're going to different exhibition games,' she said told Apple TV via Daily Mail before the game.
“I played soccer for five or six years. I was goalie - and centre-forward - I wasn't bad, you know!”
3. Serena Williams
Tennis great Serena Williams was another superstar at the Inter Miami match against Cruz Azul for Messi.

Serena was also in the video savouring the greatness that is Messi following that winner in added time alongside her fellow celebrities.
4. Victoria Beckham
David Beckham’s wife, Victoria, was also there at the event, not just to support her husband, David, a top executive at Inter, but also to witness the historic day.

Victoria arrived at the venue early on and also enjoyed that goal from the man of the moment.
5. Kun Aguero
The name will ring several bells for football fans across the world, especially Premier League followers.
