Messi is widely regarded as the greatest footballer of all time and recently won a record-extending 8th Ballon d'Or to further highlight his greatness.

Liverpool defender Trent Alexander-Arnold has picked a side in the never-ending GOAT debate between Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.
Kane would love to play with Messi
In an interview with ESPN, Kane was asked which player he would love to play with and the England captain picked Lionel Messi without hesitation.
“I would love to play with Messi. He is one of the greatest players to ever play our game.
