Uganda Cranes forward Farouk Miya is back to scoring goals with his club Rizespor in Turkey.
The 25 year old was on the score sheet in Rizespor’s 5-1 victory against Yeni Malatyaspor on Saturday in the Turkish league.
Miya’s fourth strike in the fourth minute was sandwiched by DR Congo and former Everton winger Yannick Bolase’s brace.
The win moved Rizespor to 37 points in 5th place after 21 games played.
Miya has now scored four goals across all competitions in 15 appearances.
The former Vipers forward had last found the back of the net in November against Genclerbirligi.
He has been nursing an ankle fracture for the better part of last year and only returned to action in early November.
