Super Eagles head coach Finidi George has revealed the only regret of his football career.
Finidi George has claimed that a failed move to Real Madrid is the biggest regret of his career.
The new Super Eagles of Nigeria head coach famously starred for Ajax Amsterdam before moving on to LaLiga side Real Betis.
However, Finidi may have joined Spanish giants Real Madrid, at the height of his playing career.

Finidi George regrets not joining Real Madrid
“My only regret is not signing for Real Madrid. The Real Madrid you know now is different from 25 years ago.
“They were struggling with money and couldn’t reach an agreement with Ajax. I had already agreed on personal terms with Madrid and spoken with Coach Capello.
“I had a pre-contract, but Real Madrid and Ajax couldn’t agree on the transfer fee,” Finidi said on Brila FM.
Finidi went on to join Real Betis where he scored 38 goals in 130 appearances.
