FKFPL: Tusker striker Eric Kapaito sends Golden Boot warning to Benson Omala
Kapaito is third in the goalscorers list behind Kenya Police's Tito Okello and Gor Mahia's Benson Omala with six games to go
Both Gor Mahia and Kenya Police FC have shown intense interest in Kapen, who has been a key figure in City Stars’ campaign this season.
“A good thing definitely attracts attention, but for now, they should give him a chance to finish the league and then they can talk to him. Speaking to him now brings a lot of distraction and we still need him. They should let him play football and engage him when we finish the season,” Muyoti stated as per Capital Sports.
Muyoti's comments underline the challenge faced by smaller clubs in retaining top talent when more prominent teams express interest.
