Nigeria secured a comfortable victory over Sao Tome in their last game of the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
The Super Eagles made it five wins in six games and topped their Group A standing as they qualified for the African Cup of Nations.

LB - Bruno Onyemaechi — 8/10
Bruno Onyemaechi's burst of pace on the left flank was an issue for Sao Tome’s defenders as they could not cope with his overlapping run and crosses into the box.
He made two clearances, three interceptions, two tackles and was not dribbled past all through the game.
CM - Wilfred Ndidi — 8/10
The Leicester player's performance was at the top level today and he held his ground for the team during the game.
He created the Super Eagles' second goal which was scored by Ademola Lookman and had two shots on target.
CM - Frank Onyeka — 8/10
The Brentford midfielder also had a spectacular game against Sao Tome and had a good partnership with Wilfred Ndidi. He made one key pass in the game and made one tackle.
He could not create any big chance, lost possession of the ball 10 times and was dribbled past twice in the game.

The Atalanta forward was excellent all through the game and caused a lot of havoc for the Sao Tome defenders.
Ademola Lookman scored a goal and created an assist for Victor Osimhen's opening goal. He made three key passes and created one big chance during the game as his team cruised to a huge win.

The Leicester forward was up for the game and was dangerous with the ball, giving the Super Eagles a chance to move forward.
