Moshood Shakirat Abidemi was the star of the showing after she netted an excellent hat-trick to inspire the Flamingos.
Nigeria completed the roasting at home, with Harmony taking over from where her teammate, Abidemi stopped in the second leg.
The Flamingos will now wait to take on the winner of the match between Guinea and Burkina Faso next.
