According to reports Napoli have reduced their offer for Super Eagles star Victor Osimhen as they look to sell their star player.
Kvaratskhelia on PSG’s radar
Following the exit of Kylian Mbappe from Real Madrid on a free transfer, Paris Saint-Germain went into the market for forward options to fill up their missing spot in their squad.
The record French champions identified Napoli's Kvaratskhelia as an ideal forward option, and according to the player's agent, the Parisians have sent a contract proposal and are attempting to negotiate with the Partenopei.

The Napoli leadership, however, maintained that the Georgian was not for sale and that they were unwilling to part with their prized asset.
What Conte said
Conte, who was recently hired as Napoli’s head coach ahead of next season, has come out to reiterate the club's stance, stating that Kvaratskhelia was not for sale and that he had no doubts that the Georgian would play for the club next season.
“There are NO doubts. Khvicha Kvaratskhelia stays here and he will play for Napoli. There are no doubts; it’s all clear. Kvara will stay here with us," Conte said, per Fabrizio.
Napoli's stance on Nigeria's Osimhen is different, however, as they are open to selling the former Lille man this summer. He has a €130 million release clause; however, as Pulse Sports reported, the Parthenopeans are willing to let him up for less than that.
