Liverpool fans worried after Andy Robertson suffers injury during international break
Andy Robertson was taken off with what appeared to be a shoulder injury before halftime during the game against Spain, leaving Liverpool supporters worried.
How it happened
Ansu Fati was named in the starting lineup in place of Oyarzabal, while Fabian Ruiz came into the team ahead of Mikel Merino.
Despite being the away team at Norway's Ullevaal Stadium, the Spaniards had a peppy start, taking the game to their hosts.
Spain kept Norway's stars Haaland and Martin Odegaard quiet during proceedings and created chance after chance in the first half, but failed to break the deadlock.
They finally broke the deadlock in the second half when the ball fell to Gavi in the box. The Barcelona midfielder fired the ball with his left foot into the bottom corner to give La Roja the lead.
The celebrations were, however, interrupted by a lengthy VAR check for possible offside but soon resumed when the goal stood.
The goal failed to inspire the hosts to get themselves back into the game; instead, it was Spain who pushed hard for a second.
The game ended 1-0 and Spain and Scotland were confirmed as the teams that qualified from Group A.
