Manchester United legend Wayne Rooney has revealed his best teammate during his time at Old Trafford.
Rooney joined Manchester United from Everton in 2004, before going on to play and perform at the highest level for 13 years.
In that time, the ex-Everton man scored 253 goals and contributed 145 assists in 559 appearances across all competitions.

When asked about his best mate during his best days at Manchester United, Rooney said (via The Sun):
"For my best teammate, I'd probably say Darren Fletcher"
Rooney and Fletcher played together for Manchester United 228 times until the latter departed for West Brom in 2015.
