"Comoros has played for a long time together, but for us, we are starting to create a group."
Uganda Cranes head coach Paul Joseph Put has stressed it will take time before the new-look team gels to perfection.
Under his watch, new faces including Carl James Mujaguzi, Toby Sibbick, Nathan Asiimwe and others have been inducted into the Cranes setup.
The Cranes take on Comoros in an international friendly in the wee hours of Saturday in Marrakech, Morocco.
And Put expects to use the game to have the players get used to playing together in his desired approach.
"It's an opportunity for the players who were not here in the first two games to prove to the coaches their value," Put told FUFA media.
