The Red Devils administrative problems have irritated the former Harambee Stars mentor.
Belgian Paul Put may leave his role as the head coach of the Republic of Congo national team in the coming days.
The 66-year-old has come under criticism from certain quarters for what some perceive as a lack of tactical nous, in other words, an inability to read matches.

The Kenyan international was spotted on Friday's training session, participating with the full group.
However, it is understood that Put has now fallen out with a section of Congo-Brazzaville officials due to reoccurring administrative problems in the national team setup.
And just two weeks since their narrow 1-0 victory against South Sudan, the mentor is now seriously considering whether to continue.
"A lot of things have been going on, but he has taken it all because he does not want to cause any controversy. But now, he is not sure if he will continue," a source has disclosed.
The Republic of Congo Football Federation (FECOFOOT) has already set an Ordinary General Assembly for Wednesday, April 15, where his performance report will also be discussed.
Put took the Red Devils coaching mantle in May 2021, replacing Barthélémy Ngastono, who was fired after Congo-Brazzaville lost in Guinea-Bissau and failed to qualify for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon.
His contract with FECOFOOT is set to expire next month, with the negotiations to renew it reported having stalled.
Since his appointment, Put has recorded only two wins in 14 matches that the Red Devils have played under his watch.

FOOTBALL Harambee Stars drop in latest FIFA rankings
The 2013 CECFA Champions were previously ranked 101 in men’s ranking.
Congo's job is the Frenchman's fifth in Africa after leading Gambia, Burkina Faso, Kenya, and Guinea.
In his last national team coaching job with Guinea, Put was placed on a life ban by the Guinea Football Federation (Feguifoot) for allegedly breaching the institution's code of ethics and its code of discipline.
The ban from the federation followed his sack in July 2019 over what Feguifoot stated that it was due to poor results.
