The Premier League is the most represented in the top 100 creators list, with PSG's Ousmane Dembele coming out tops.
The English Premier League has reaffirmed it position as the most exciting in the world as players from England’s top division dominated the top 100 list of the most dangerous creators.
At the top of this list from the latest issue of the CIES Football Observatory is Paris Saint-Germain, PSG’s Ousmane Dembele.

According to the CIES, the list of the most dangerous creators was complied by adding the number of key passes (for chances) and expected assists (depending on the dangerousness of the chances created) per 90', and weighting the result by the sporting level of the matches played (as a percentage difference from the overall average).
Also, the data of the top 100 players in the world with the best statistics in terms of chance creation during the current season was developed from Wyscout.
With 33 leagues in focus, the Premier League came out with the most representatives, 16, with the Serie A the next best league with nine player.
However, only two players from the league made it to the top 10 with Aston Villa’s Moussa Diaby regarded as the most creative player in the PL.
Per the data, Diaby averages 1.50 key passes per game and 0.31 expected assist to lead Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah, who comes in as the sixth overall with 1.41 key passes per game but with 0.35 expected assist.
Dembele tops creators’ list
Meanwhile, in terms of the overall best, that accolade went to former Barcelona star Ousmane Dembele, the most dangerous creator.
The 26-year-old averages 2.45 key passes per game, with a 0.27 expected assist per 90 minutes at Ligue 1 champions and French giants, PSG.
Bayern Munich’s Leroy Sane comes in second, with Nico Williams of Atletic Bilbao, and Kylian Mbappe completing the top five.
