NEC Football Club has gone for Proline goalkeeper Ismael Maganda as they continue to shape their squad for their debut in the StarTimes Uganda Premier League.
The youngster was part of the Proline’s squad that suffered relegation in the 2021/22 FUFA Big League season but is now poised for topflight football.
During that season, Maganda made seven appearances for Proline in their final seven games and managed to keep four clean sheets, conceding only thrice.
