She netted against Betis to extend her streak to three consecutive matches in the Spanish league.
Ajibade’s goal against Real also saw her continue from where she stopped with Nigeria, whom she helped book a place in the next WAFCON against Cape Verde.
The Atletico star netted in the second leg as Nigeria defeated Cape Verde 7-1 on aggregate to reach a 13th WAFCON.
Mommy G.O., a name given to her following her strong Christian faith and belief in God, continues to showcase her prowess in front of goal, which is a testament to her hard work and dedication to improving that side of her game.
Ajibade’s inspirational performance not only fired Atleti to second on the Liga F table but also added to her goal contributions this season.
The 24-year-old Nigerian star now has three goals and two assists in 11 appearances this season for Atletico Femenino.
