Rashford has given two tickets to a fan who vocally asked for the England international to be sold by Manchester United.
Manchester United's Marcus Rashford has extended an unexpected gesture by offering complimentary tickets to an upcoming home game against Fulham to a fan who had previously advocated for his departure.
Engaging with his audience on social media, Rashford, engrossed in a jigsaw puzzle, challenged followers to guess the puzzle's theme for a chance to win two tickets.
"If someone can correctly guess which puzzle it is, I will reward them with two tickets to an upcoming game at OT vs Fulham,” Rashford wrote.
Numerous fans correctly identified the puzzle as a 1,000-piece collector's edition Lion King puzzle, leading Rashford to select UTDTrey, a fan account with over 1 million followers, as the winner.
In response to winning, the fan unexpectedly praised Rashford as the "best player in the world." However, this sparked reactions from other fans who highlighted UTDTrey's previous critical posts about Rashford.
Just a month ago, UTDTrey had called for a Saudi Arabian club to sign Rashford, accompanied by an image of the forward.
