Uganda Premier League record holders SC Villa are moments away from completing the signing of Onduparaka FC goalkeeper Norman Angufindru.
Angufidru will reportedly sign a one-year employment contract that will run till 2025 with the Jogoo.
The goal-minder spent the past season with Onduparaka, where he only made ten league appearances as they got relegated from the topflight.
He had limited playing time due to the stiff competition from goalkeeper Michael Kagiri.
He signed with the Caterpillars in June 2022 on a one-year deal and is, thus, currently a free agent.
His spell with the West Nile side came after his stay at Calvary Football Club in the FUFA Big League.
Previously, Angufidru has had stints with IUIU in the University Football League and Mvara Boys Football Club.
