Rio Ferdinand has claimed Cristiano Ronaldo wasn’t the best finisher he played with at Manchester United.
Ferdinand and Ronaldo were teammates and crucial members of a Manchester United side that dominated England for close to a decade, winning the Premier League multiple times and the Champions League during their time together.
Ronaldo scored 31 times in the league, and 42 times in all competitions in the 2007/08 season as United won the league and Champions League.

Ferdinand snubs Ronaldo
Despite his obvious goalscoring brilliance, Ronaldo wasn't the best goalscorer at United during that time according to club legend Rio Ferdinand.
Ferdinand said in a recent interview with ManUtd.com:
“Ruud (van Nistelrooy) was probably the best finisher for me. I think all the other strikers (he’s played with) would agree with that, as well.
Ole (Gunnar Solskjaer) is up there, he was a thinking finisher. His finishes were always calm and he was great at instinctive things but I have to go with Ruud.
He was clinical and the most ruthless finisher I’ve played with.”
