The Super Eagles are scheduled to hold their second training session this evening, fine-tuning their preparations for the upcoming clash.

New boss, Chelle and his team of coaches had their first training sessions together, with 22 players led by skipper William Troost-Ekong, Victor Osimhen and African Player of the Year, Ademola Lookman.

Chelle is looking and hoping to revive Nigeria’s fading hopes and dreams of missing the 2026 FIFA World Cup after a shocking and shaky start to the qualifiers.

With all hands on deck, Nigeria aims to hit the ground running against Rwanda, followed by a showdown with Zimbabwe, as they chase a spot in the World Cup.

22 players took part in Super Eagles first training session.

Yusuf’s presence adds depth to an already talented squad, and fans are eager to see the full team in action.

The game against Rwanda’s Amvubi Stars will take place on Friday in Kigali, with the Eagles hosting Zimbabwe four days later in Uyo for the second match.
