The West Ham midfielder has attracted interest from top league sides as he is set for an exit.
Andy Carroll has urged his former West Ham United teammate Declan Rice to snub Chelsea and Manchester United and join Arsenal instead.
Rice is expected to leave the Hammers in the summer, with three Premier League clubs interested in him.
Arsenal, after failed bids to sign Brighton star Moises Caicedo in January, are expected to prioritize the English international as Mikel Arteta hopes to strengthen his squad further.
Carroll now explains a move to join the Gunners will be good for the highly rated 24-year-old.
"I can’t really see Declan Rice leaving the Premier League," the former Liverpool forward told Metro.
