Sergio Ramos was at it again in LaLiga getting a red card and helping Sevilla along to a distasteful record

Shakira’s lawyer says Ramos would have been a better lover, fault Pique for £7 million tax fraud charge
Shakira's attorney has accused Gerard Pique of being the reason behind her tax problems, claiming that if she had dated Sergio Ramos, his rival, she could have saved £100 million.
Given his advanced age, many would have assumed that Ramos had tamed his aggressive side, especially as the Spanish centre-back had yet to receive a red card since he re-joined Sevilla.
However, Ramos showed that he was still as ruthless and hot-headed as ever, getting his first red card of the campaign with a brutal tackle during Sevilla’s 2-1 loss against Real Sociedad.
Sevilla hit unwanted LaLiga milestone
In addition to Ramos’ red card, Sevilla captain Jesus Navas was also given his marching orders for protesting his colleague’s innocence with dissent.
The two red cards in one match helped Sevilla to an unwanted LaLiga record, as they became the side with the most double sending-offs in LaLiga this century.
Thanks to Ramos and Navas, Sevilla have now seen 17 pairs of players sent off in the same match, the most in the competition’s recent history.
The loss to Real Sociedad forced Sevilla to drop to a precarious 15th place in the LaLiga table after failing to win any of their last seven matches in the league.
