FKFPL Shabana respond to claims of player neglect after injury
Shabana FC's handling of Silas Shihemi's injury has led to a contentious legal dispute over player rights and club responsibilities.
“There is a possibility we will bring players in given how things are going depending on the recommendations by the coach,” Kerama said.
“What we are looking at is the stability of the team. This is about looking at the areas that have an issue and then finding ways to solve it.
“If the coach says the striking department, for example, needs strengthening, then we will go to the market because the window is open of course under his recommendation.

FOOTBALL ‘Pamzo’ praises Enoch Agwanda’s display against Mara Suga amidst reports he is set to depart Shabana
Agwanda is reportedly among seven players set to leave Shabana this January, but head coach Sammy Omollo ‘Pamzo’ praised his display against Mara Sugar in a friendly match.
“If he recommends player A, we will approach the club we want to get him from and negotiate to get his services under the law and if we agree a deal it is okay.”
Kerama has revealed the club could look to bring in players on a loan basis as they seek creative ways to strengthen the team.
“We are also finding ways of getting players, even if on loan. Just in the same way we are giving out two players on loan, we will also look at getting someone on loan.”
Meanwhile, Kerama has also torn into social media bloggers who had claimed the club had released seven players illegally, claiming that they had written absolute rubbish without even approaching the management for verification.

FOOTBALL Shabana secretary general clears air on player release reports
Shabana secretary general Elizaphan Kerama has explained the club’s current situation on the six players who are not in Sammy ‘Pamzo’ Omollo’s plans.
“The worst thing is, you find some of the people posting information without approaching the management and finding out what is going on.
“They write information when they have not even allowed the club to explain its side of the story or show the other side of the coin.
“All they are doing is writing muddy content when giving information. There is no information they have given that is true.”
