Baker Lukooya took his goals tally to 15, two more than Ambrose Kigozi (Buganda Royal) and Nicholas Mwere (Jinja Lions).
St. Lawrence stepped up their game by walloping Kampala Junior Team 9-0 in a match day seven of the Uganda Beach Soccer League on Sunday at the FUFA Technical Centre.
Baker Lukkoya, as usual, was at the centre of proceedings with one of the three braces scored on the day.
The others were scored by George Kaddu and Ronald Magwali as Jonathan Kikonyogo, Sulaiman Ochero and Brian Nkuubi.
Lukooya took his goals tally to 15, two more than Ambrose Kigozi (Buganda Royal) and Nicholas Mwere (Jinja Lions).
The win took them to 21 points, three ahead Jinja Lions and Mutoola who are second and third respectively.
Jinja Lions were out of duty on the day as Mutoola tamed Wolves in a 4-1 victory. Tomasi Kimuli, Sharif Opuuli, Musa Ssali and Simon Peter Kijjo scored the goals.
