Seven-time Nigerian champions Rangers yet again failed to get their Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season back on track as they drew 1-1 with Dakkada in week 15 of the 2023 season.
The draw means that the Enugu club have failed to win any of their last five matches, consecutively drawing the last four.

Dakkada 1-1 Rangers: As it happened
Rangers headed to the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo on Monday, hoping to replicate their win over Dakkada as they had done in the prior fixture.
And they started on a great note, scoring in the first 10 minutes of the game through Austine Onyemaechi.
However, the lead only lasted for twelve minutes as the struggling Uyo club clawed their way back into the game through a goal by Kufre Ebong.
The second half saw both sides give the game their best, but such efforts were not enough as Rangers and their hosts settled for a point at full-time.
