Speaking on the matter, Miraç Kara, the complainant's lawyer, emphasized the severity of the allegations against Osayi-Samuel and his teammates.
"Osayi-Samuel and his teammates brutally kicked the victim's head on the ground," Kara stated.
"Their calves are strong due to their profession, and the boots they wore with crampons could be deemed as weapons," he added.
Kara highlighted the potential dangers of such confrontations, noting, "When an individual is hit, that person may suffer from a brain haemorrhage."
He emphasized the urgency of the situation, stating, "It wasn't necessary for my client to die or suffer a brain haemorrhage before taking statements from the Fenerbahçe players."
