A fond farewell from Club (Bay FC)

Oshoala's NWSL team, Bay FC, sent her off with a warm gesture alongside two other players departing for the Olympics.

The Super Falcons team is gradually filling out with the arrival of established players like defenders Chidinma Okeke and Nicole Payne, midfielders Christy Ucheibe and Toni Payne, and forward Esther Okoronkwo.

Goalkeeper Tochukwu Oluehi, midfielders Deborah Abiodun and Jennifer Echegini round out the current group.

Alternate players, goalkeeper Morufa Ademola and forward Gift Monday, are also on hand to provide depth and support to the main squad. Additionally, defenders Osinachi Ohale and Michelle Alozie joined camp earlier this week.

The Super Falcons will face the reigning Olympic champions, Canada, in a crucial friendly match on July 17th.
