Super Falcons goalkeeper Nnadozie Chiamaka has taken her FIFAWWC form to her club after a heroic display against English giants Arsenal Women in the UWCL.

Nigerian goalkeeper Nnadozie Chiamaka has broken her silence following an excellent performance against Arsenal in the UEFA Women’s Champions League, UWCL.

Nnadozie was the star of the match as her club Paris FC shocked the Gunners out of the lucrative continental showpiece.

Paris booked a spot in the next phase of the competition after a thrilling 4-2 in the penalty shootout after the game ended 3-3 after extra time.

Arsenal were favourites to go through given their pedigree and run to the semifinals of the UWCL last season.

However, they started on a shaky note as Paris took control of the game after a dull and goalless opening half.

Two goals in the space of one minute from Mathilde Bourdieu gave Nnadozie’s  Paris a dream start to the second half.

But the Gunners weathered that storm with two late goals from new signing, Alessia Russo, and Jennifer Beatie to force the game into extra time.

Paris restored their lead through Lousie Fleury who made it 3-2 before a second goal against Super Falcons goalkeeper, Chiamaka, by Russo, ensured the game would be decided by a shootout.

Despite conceding three goals in the game, two of them against Russo, the 22-year-old goalkeeper proved to be the hero of the shootout.

Nnadozie saved two spot kicks, including one from Russo, who had already put two goals past her, to inspire Paris to the next round.

After her excellent performance, the Nigerian goalkeeper has now taken to her social media page to react.

Nnadozie has given God the glory while praising her teammates for the fight against the Gunners.
