Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has refused to rule out a move for Paris Saint Germain winger and forward Neymar.

French newspaper L'Equipe this week reported that United had opened talks with PSG and that Casemiro has been trying to persuade his Brazil teammate to join in at Old Trafford.

But Ten Hag, in his pre-match press conference ahead of their match with Chelsea, remained coy, refusing to give a definitive answer.

“When we have news, we will tell you," the Dutch tactician told the media at Carrington Training Grounds on Wednesday.

His current contract at French giants, which was signed in 2021, has another two years to run.

United are considering signing two central strikers this summer, which Neymar isn't, with Harry Kane, Victor Osimhen, Lautaro Martinez and Dusan Vlahovic among high profile primary considerations.

The second would likely be a younger player to develop, with Rasmus Hojlund of Atalanta and Goncalo Ramos of Benfica highly talked about, according to reports.
