The latter's head coach Sam Timbe expects the team to forget the defeat and bounce back when they visit Soltilo Bright Stars FC at the Kavumba Recreation Grounds on Saturday.
Before their 2-1 defeat to Busoga United last Saturday, URA FC had won each of their three matches in the second round of the StarTimes Uganda Premier League.
The latter's head coach Sam Timbe expects the team to forget the defeat and bounce back when they visit Soltilo Bright Stars FC at the Kavumba Recreation Grounds on Saturday.
"We know about our last result, but we are now set for this game and want to win it," said Timbe to the media on Friday.
The hat-trick of second-round successes had come at the back of a dismal first half of the season that had them suffer defeat four times, draw eight and win just twice in 14 matches.
The Tax Collectors take on a Bright Stars team that is equally desperate for three points, having lost 1-0 to UPDF FC last time out.
"Our opponent will also come looking for all the points, so it won't be easy for us, but we have prepared well enough to challenge," added Timbe on the expectations.
Timbe will be glad his captain Nathian Alionzi returned after a spell out with the national team. Along with defender James Begisa, the tactician is stacked with quality choices.
"The more competitive the squad is, the better, so we expect them to contribute hugely with their performances."
Only a point separates the two sides; Bright Stars lie ninth with 24 points, one ahead of the 10th-placed, who have played a game more.
The pair played out an entertaining two-all stalemate in the reverse fixture in October last year, a game that had URA fans call for Timbe's head over their team's abysmal run, then.
At the Nakisunga Saza Grounds, URA led 2-0 by 49 minutes through Begisa and George Ssenkaaba before the visitors rallied back through Nelson Senkatuka and Emmanuel Loki.
