Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola pinpointed Lisandro Martínez as the player who contributed heavily to Manchester United's 2-1 victory over his team in the FA Cup final on Saturday.
Guardiola witnessed two goals from Alejandro Garnacho and Kobbie Mainoo secure the win for Erik Ten Hag’s side at Wembley Stadium
In the second half, Jeremy Doku made an appearance and delivered an energetic performance, scoring a consolation goal.
However, despite their efforts, the Premier League champions were unable to find an equalizer.

Speaking at his post-match interview, Guardiola singled out Martínez for praise, insisting that the Argentine made the difference during the FA Cup final.
“Lisandro Martínez is top 5 centre-backs in the world,” Guardiola said.
“He made the difference in this game by playing passes through our defence”.
