According to transfer expert Rudy Galetti, Chelsea are still interested in making a deal happen, and are offering a package involving Cesare Casadei, Romelu Lukaku, and cash to sign the Nigerian striker.
New Napoli boss Antonio Conte wants to reunite with his former Inter star Lukaku, and the feeling is mutual but a deal has proved difficult.
Chelsea are also reportedly looking to offload Armando Broja and Trevoh Chalobah, but Napoli have shown no interest in either player.
Meanwhile, Arsenal have reportedly dropped out of the race for Osimhen, and Chelsea retain hopes that Napoli will accept a swap deal to make the transfer happen.
