Ugandan youngster Ibrahim Kasule 'Baba' was the only glow for New York Red Bulls II as they lost to Philadelphia Union II 2-1 in the wee hours of Monday.
The 19 year-old was yet again on the score-sheet, and despite suffering defeat, he continues to light New York.
He struck from the spot in the 80th minute to make it one-all with the hosts, before the latter shortly grabbed the winner four minutes later through Luciano Sanchez.
Kasule took his tally for New York Red Bulls II to eight goals in 16 matches. The strikes have all come in the past nine games.
It also made it 12 direct goal involvements in 16 games for the former Wakiso Giants FC star, who only joined his current side in March.
Kasule was a fortnight ago promoted to side's senior team, the New York Red Bulls and while he is yet to make his debut, he has made the bench on two occasions.
Meanwhile, Monday's result didn't spell a good image for New York Red Bulls II as they stayed flat in third with 30 points, in the Northeast Division of the MLS Next Pro.
They have lost the past two games, including last week's 3-2 defeat to rivals, New York City II.
