Victor Osimhen and Napoli are reportedly working towards resolving their issues after the striker failed to secure a move away from the club on deadline day.
The relationship between Napoli and star striker Victor Osimhen has suffered some serious setbacks over the past 12 months, with the Nigerian keen to move on and the Italian club doing their best to push him out.
However, a deal failed to materialise after Osimhen turned down a move to Al Ahli and rejected Chelsea's derisory contract offer.

What next for Osimhen and Napoli?
As soon as the deadline passed, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reported that Osimhen would be exiled from the Napoli squad. This report was enforced by the club's decision to strip the Nigerian striker of his number 9 jersey.
Faced with bleak prospect of watching their highest earner sit out the next five months, Napoli are reportedly willing to sit down with the striker to mend fences and make him available to manager Antonio Conte.
According to CalcioNapoli, the club realise that Osimhen gives them an even greater chance of achieving their goals this season and will try to re-integrate him after the international break.
The report further states that there are no plans to resurrect talks with Saudi sides which means the only option for Osimhen is to return to the Napoli team, at least until the January transfer window.
