Nigeria and Napoli superstar Victor Osimhen has made the list of the FIFA Football Awards nominees for 2023.
The Super Eagles star had a splendid 2022/2023 season for both Nigeria and Napoli, helping his club side secure their first Scudetto in 30 years.

Osimhen who was recently on the list of the top 30 Ballon d’Or nominations has also made it to the FIFA Best Men's Player nomination.

Ballon d'Or: Ex-Manchester United defender believes Cristiano Ronaldo was robbed
Manchester United legend Rio Ferdinand has claimed that Cristiano Ronaldo should have one more Ballon d'Or award but he was robbed.
The list was created by FIFA based on the candidates' accomplishments over the respective award eligibility periods were assessed by a group of football experts, who then narrowed the names of nominees.

The worldwide jury, which consists of national team captains and coaches, journalists, and fans from around the world, is now accepting votes for the various categories and will close at midnight CET on Friday 6 October.
