Pilsner – StarTimes Uganda Premier League player of the season, Milton Kariisa, has praised his team for their resilience as they retained their title at the end of the last season.
Vipers defended the league title, their sixth in history, as they added the Stanbic Uganda Cup to complete a domestic double to crown off a season that got them in the group stages of the CAF Champions League.
"I would like to thank my teammates for showing resilience as we were able to win the title at the end even though people wrote us off during the season," Kariisa told Pulse Sports.
