Nsereko is a member of the club's main feeder team, St Mary's Secondary School, Kitende (SMASK), a side he helped to both the National and East African Schools' Championships.
Uganda Premier League champions Vipers SC are set to add to their striking armoury with the signing of young forward Abdu Nsereko.
The youngster is set to join from FUFA Big League side Police FC on a three-year employment contract, according to Sports Nation.
Nsereko is a member of the club's main feeder team, St Mary's Secondary School, Kitende (SMASK), a side he helped to both the National and East African Schools' Championships.
He was the top scorer in the national competition, bagging eleven goals and scooped the golden boot in the event that was held in Fort Portal.
He, along with Frank Katongole, will play with the senior team but could both get loaned ahead of the forthcoming season.
Vipers had initially announced the closure of transfer business as they confirmed their squads for the campaign.
He joins a long list of players who have recently been elevated from the school to the team, including Enock Luyima, Abubakar Walusimbi, and Rogers Torach, among others.
