Iwobi’s cameo against Liverpool
The 27-year-old featured for the 12th match this season and started his eighth of the season against Jurgen Klopp’s side.
Iwobi lasted 75 minutes before he was subbed off with the game tied at 2-2.
Before he left, the former Everton and Arsenal playmaker completed just one of four attempted dribbles against the Reds.
That dribble turned out to be one of Iwobi’s main highlights from the game which has got fans talking.
Iwobi, who clearly learnt well from his uncle Jay Jay Okocha, a Nigerian football icon, could be seen weaving his way past two Liverpool players.
The move appears to be a signature move by the playmaker as one of the fans reacted with a similar move against the same opposition during Iwobi’s time at the Emirates.
“He really said run it back,” the X.com user, uhadmire, posted with a video of Iwobi.
“Usual suspect,” another user, PlayoffMark added.
Iwobi’s Fulham went on to lose 4-3 on the day after a late Trent Alexander-Arnold winner.
