Trans Nzoia Falcons have been going through financial challenges with players boycotting training and matches and failed to honour last weekend’s clash with Bungoma Queens, handing their rivals a walkover.

Falcons finished eighth in 2022/2023 FKF Women's Premier League season.
That was after suffering a 5-0 thrashing at the hands of newcomers Soccer Assassins, a result that led to the resignation of coach Justine Okiring.
Trans Nzoia Falcons were also beaten 4-1 by Zetech Sparks before a 4-0 loss to Bunyore Starlets which has left them with no points and they are set to be docked points again after their walkover at the weekend.
