Super Eagles duo Alex Iwobi and Calvin Bassey were in action as Fulham laboured to a narrow win over newly promoted Luton.
Marco Silva praised the performance and gave special mention to the new players who arrived at the end of the window.
Marco Silva happy with Iwobi
"First-half, we lacked something dynamic to be honest to create chances. Second-half, some improvements, more dynamic and the two changes made a huge impact in the game."
Silva was particularly pleased with Alex Iwobi.
He added: "Nice to see Timothy Castagne and also Alex Iwobi come in and get his first minutes.
"He is going to improve for sure, the way we play is going to make them better players for sure. We're really happy to have them."
